12 | | - | Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: |

13 | | - | SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 42-4-316, repeal (2) |

14 | | - | and (3)(b) as follows: |

15 | | - | 42-4-316. AIR program - demonstration of compliance with |
---|
16 | | - | ambient air quality standards and transportation conformity. (2) The |
---|
17 | | - | legislative audit committee shall cause to be conducted performance audits |
---|
18 | | - | of the program, including the clean screen program. The audits must be |
---|
19 | | - | completed not later than January 1, 2018, and January 1 of each fifth year |
---|
20 | | - | thereafter. Upon completion of the audit report, the legislative audit |
---|
21 | | - | committee shall hold a public hearing to review the report. |
