23 | 23 | | motor vehicle, current rules of the air quality control commission require |
---|
24 | 24 | | the replacement to comply with the rules of the California air resources |

25 | 25 | | board. The bill creates a temporary exception that allows a person to use |
---|
26 | 26 | | a replacement catalytic converter that complies with the standards |
---|
27 | 27 | | established by rules of the federal environmental protection agency if: |
