13-Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
14-SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 40-2-115, add (1)(g)
15-as follows:
16-40-2-115. Cooperation with other states and with the United
17-States - natural gas pipeline safety and repair - customer-owned service
18-line maintenance and repairs notice of responsibility - rules -
19-definitions. (1) (g) O
20-N OR BEFORE NOVEMBER 1, 2025, THE COMMISSION
21-SHALL ADOPT RULES RELATED TO PIPELINE SAFETY AND REPAIR AND THE USE
22-OF ADVANCED LEAK DETECTION TECHNOLOGY IN ACCORDANCE WITH
23-SUBSECTION
24-(1)(d)(II)(E) OF THIS SECTION.
