13		-	Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
14		-	SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 40-2-115, add (1)(g)
15		-	as follows:
16		-	40-2-115. Cooperation with other states and with the United
17		-	States - natural gas pipeline safety and repair - customer-owned service
18		-	line maintenance and repairs notice of responsibility - rules -
19		-	definitions. (1) (g) O
20		-	N OR BEFORE NOVEMBER 1, 2025, THE COMMISSION
21		-	SHALL ADOPT RULES RELATED TO PIPELINE SAFETY AND REPAIR AND THE USE
22		-	OF ADVANCED LEAK DETECTION TECHNOLOGY IN ACCORDANCE WITH
23		-	SUBSECTION
24		-	(1)(d)(II)(E) OF THIS SECTION.
