| 20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Representative McKean settled in Colorado,4 |

| 21 | 21 | | graduating from Colorado State University in 1996, and worked as an5 |

| 22 | 22 | | independent residential contractor across northern Colorado; and6 |

| 45 | 45 | | educate himself on the deep details of public policy, combined with his14 |

| 46 | 46 | | infectious sense of humor, boundless energy, and innate curiosity of a15 |
