	25	+	other available grant money to improve the state's response to mass

18		-	Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
19		-	SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 24-33.5-102, add (5)
20		-	as follows:
21		-	24-33.5-102. Definitions. As used in this article 33.5, unless the
22		-	context otherwise requires:

37		-	SECTION 2. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 24-33.5-503, add
38		-	(1)(e.5) as follows:

54		-	within such period, then the act, item, section, or part will not take effect
55		-	unless approved by the people at the general election to be held in

57		-	declaration of the vote thereon by the governor.
