Summary of Legislation 
This bill enacts the 2024 Colorado Revised Statutes, including laws adopted during the second 
regular and second extraordinary session of the 74th General Assembly and changes approved 
by the voters at the 2024 statewide election, as the positive and statutory laws of the state. 
Assessment of No Fiscal Impact 
Designating the volumes containing the law of the state does not affect revenue or expenditures 
for any agency of state or local government; therefore, the bill is assessed as having no fiscal 
impact. 
Effective Date 
The bill takes effect upon signature of the Governor, or upon becoming law without his 
signature.
