7-AS THE POSITIVE AND STATUTORY LAW OF THE STATE OF COLORADO.

9-Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
10-SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 2-5-126, add (2)(bb)
11-as follows:
12-2-5-126. Annual enactment of Colorado Revised Statutes -
13-validation - effective date. (2) The annual statutes, copies of which shall
14-be delivered to each member of the general assembly, together with a listing
15-of the revisor's changes, constitute the official report of the committee on
16-legal services and are hereby enacted in accordance with this section as
17-follows:
