9		-	Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
10		-	SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 2-5-126, add (2)(bb)
11		-	as follows:
12		-	2-5-126. Annual enactment of Colorado Revised Statutes -
13		-	validation - effective date. (2) The annual statutes, copies of which shall
14		-	be delivered to each member of the general assembly, together with a listing
15		-	of the revisor's changes, constitute the official report of the committee on
16		-	legal services and are hereby enacted in accordance with this section as
17		-	follows:

	26	+	volumes of the Colorado Revised Statutes 2024, the subsequent changes
	27	+	approved by the voters at the statewide election on November 5, 2024,
	28	+	and the 2024 Colorado Second Extraordinary Session Supplement as the
	29	+	positive and statutory law of the state of Colorado and establishes the
