ONCERNING FUNDING FOR CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION , AND MAKING
SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
SECTION 1. Capital construction appropriations for the fiscal
year beginning July 1, 2024. In Session Laws of Colorado 2024, amend
section 3 of chapter 519, (HB 24-1430), as follows:
Section 3.  Capital Construction Appropriation.
NOTE:  This bill has been prepared for the signatures of the appropriate legislative
officers and the Governor.  To determine whether the Governor has signed the bill
or taken other action on it, please consult the legislative status sheet, the legislative
history, or the Session Laws.
