10		-	Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
11		-	SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 23-31-319, amend (6)
12		-	and (8) as follows:
13		-	23-31-319. Forest service seedling tree nursery - necessary
14		-	upgrades and improvements - definition - funding - reports - repeal.
15		-	(6) Appropriation. For the 2022-23 and 2023-24 state fiscal years, the
16		-	general assembly shall appropriate money to the Colorado state university
17		-	system for allocation to and expenditure by the Colorado state forest service
18		-	for the purposes specified in this section. Any money appropriated by the
19		-	general assembly pursuant to this subsection (6) that is not expended before
20		-	the end of the fiscal year for which it is appropriated remains available for
21		-	expenditure for the same purposes until the close of the 2024-25
22		-	2026-27
23		-	state fiscal year.
