23	22		Beginning July 1, 2025, the bill requires the department of health
24	23		care policy and financing to reimburse acute care hospitals and
25	24		ambulatory surgery facilities that provide vagus nerve stimulation therapy
26	25		to members diagnosed with drug-resistant epilepsy at a rate that is equal
27	26		to 75% of the cost for acquiring the vagus nerve stimulator device, which
28	27		reimbursement is in addition to and does not supplant the reimbursement

41	37		SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, add 25.5-4-434 as2
