115 | 112 | | SECTION 2. Safety clause. The general assembly finds,15 |
---|
116 | 113 | | determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate16 |
---|
117 | 114 | | preservation of the public peace, health, or safety or for appropriations for17 |
---|
118 | 115 | | the support and maintenance of the departments of the state and state18 |
---|
