4946 ! Sections 1 and 2 of the bill continue the regulation of
5047 outfitters and guides for 9 years, until 2034;

5249 disciplinary action against an owner of an outfitter entity
5350 regardless of the owner's ownership share percentage;
5451 ! Section 5 credits one-half of the money that is collected as

206203 that, if a referendum petition is filed pursuant to section 1 (3) of article V25
207204 of the state constitution against this act or an item, section, or part of this26
208205 act within such period, then the act, item, section, or part will not take27

211208 November 2026 and, in such case, will take effect on the date of the2
212209 official declaration of the vote thereon by the governor.3
