5350 created - powers and duties - report - definition - repeal. (1) The5
5451 commissioner shall convene a primary care payment reform collaborative6

5653 (g) Develop recommendations to increase the use of alternative8
5754 payment models that are not paid on a fee-for-service or per-claim basis9

5956 (II) Align primary care reimbursement by all consumers of11

9592 declaration - repeal. (26) (a) The following agencies, functions, or both,17

10097 SECTION 4. Act subject to petition - effective date. This act21
10198 takes effect at 12:01 a.m. on the day following the expiration of the22
10299 ninety-day period after final adjournment of the general assembly; except23
103100 that, if a referendum petition is filed pursuant to section 1 (3) of article V24
104101 of the state constitution against this act or an item, section, or part of this25
105102 act within such period, then the act, item, section, or part will not take26
106103 effect unless approved by the people at the general election to be held in27
