4945 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:1
5046 SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 10-16-104, amend2
5147 (18)(b) introductory portion and (18)(f); and add (18)(g)
5248 as follows:3
5349 10-16-104. Mandatory coverage provisions - definitions - rules4
5450 - applicability. (18) Prevention health-care services - rules -5
5551 definitions. (b) The coverage required by this subsection (18) must6
5652 include coverage for the following preventive health-care services LISTED7
