4943 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:1
5044 SECTION 1. Legislative declaration. The general assembly2
5145 finds that the temporary use of c-tower at Centennial correctional3
5246 facility-south is necessary to accommodate the impact of the access4
5347 controls capital renewal project at the Sterling correctional facility. It is5
5448 the general assembly's intent that major accommodations of this kind be6
5549 considered by the capital development committee in the future.7
5650 SECTION 2. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 17-1-104.3, add8

85-preservation of the public peace, health, or safety or for appropriations for14
86-the support and maintenance of the departments of the state and state15
