9-Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
10-SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, repeal part 1 of article
11-95.5 of title 22.
12-SECTION 2. Effective date. This act takes effect July 1, 2025.
13-SECTION 3. Safety clause. The general assembly finds,
14-determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate
15-preservation of the public peace, health, or safety or for appropriations for
16-NOTE: This bill has been prepared for the signatures of the appropriate legislative
17-officers and the Governor. To determine whether the Governor has signed the bill
