10		-	Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
11		-	SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 44-30-701, amend
12		-	(2)(a)(II); and add (2)(d) as follows:
13		-	44-30-701. Limited gaming fund - created - repeal. (2) (a) Except
14		-	as provided in subsection (2)(b) of this section, at the end of the 2012-13
15		-	state fiscal year and at the end of each state fiscal year thereafter, the state
16		-	treasurer shall transfer the state share as follows:
17		-	(II) For the 2014-15 state fiscal year and each state fiscal year

	24	+	limited gaming fund to the advanced industries acceleration cash fund for
	25	+	state fiscal year 2025-26 from $5,500,000 to $1,840,000.

38		-	SECTION 2. Act subject to petition - effective date. This act
39		-	takes effect at 12:01 a.m. on the day following the expiration of the
40		-	ninety-day period after final adjournment of the general assembly; except
41		-	that, if a referendum petition is filed pursuant to section 1 (3) of article V
42		-	of the state constitution against this act or an item, section, or part of this act
43		-	within such period, then the act, item, section, or part will not take effect
44		-	unless approved by the people at the general election to be held in
45		-	PAGE 2-SENATE BILL 25-225 November 2026 and, in such case, will take effect on the date of the official
46		-	declaration of the vote thereon by the governor.
