3936 SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, repeal 27-60-110.2

4239 27-50-105. Administration of behavioral health programs -5
4340 state plan - sole mental health authority - gifts, grants, or donations.6
4441 (1) The BHA shall administer and provide the following behavioral7
4542 health programs and services:8
4643 (h) Behavioral health-care services for rural and agricultural9
4744 communities pursuant to section 27-60-110;10
4845 SECTION 3. Appropriation - adjustments to 2025 long bill. To11
4946 implement this act, the general fund appropriation made in the annual12
5047 general appropriation act for the 2025-26 state fiscal year to the13
5148 department of human services for use by the behavioral health14
5249 administration for behavioral health vouchers is decreased by $50,000.15
5350 SECTION 4. Safety clause. The general assembly finds,16
5451 determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate17
5552 preservation of the public peace, health, or safety or for appropriations for18
5653 the support and maintenance of the departments of the state and state19
5754 institutions.20
