24	24		voucher program for rural and agricultural communities and reduces the
25	25		appropriation to the behavioral health administration by $50,000.

39	36		SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, repeal 27-60-110.2
40	37		SECTION 2. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 27-50-105, repeal3
41	38		(1)(h) as follows:4
42	39		27-50-105. Administration of behavioral health programs -5
43	40		state plan - sole mental health authority - gifts, grants, or donations.6
44	41		(1) The BHA shall administer and provide the following behavioral7
45	42		health programs and services:8
46	43		(h) Behavioral health-care services for rural and agricultural9
47	44		communities pursuant to section 27-60-110;10
48	45		SECTION 3. Appropriation - adjustments to 2025 long bill. To11
49	46		implement this act, the general fund appropriation made in the annual12
50	47		general appropriation act for the 2025-26 state fiscal year to the13
51	48		department of human services for use by the behavioral health14
52	49		administration for behavioral health vouchers is decreased by $50,000.15
53	50		SECTION 4. Safety clause. The general assembly finds,16
54	51		determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate17
55	52		preservation of the public peace, health, or safety or for appropriations for18
56	53		the support and maintenance of the departments of the state and state19
57	54		institutions.20
