9-SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 16-4-111, add (8) as

22+Joint Budget Committee. The bill requires 75% of the money
23+collected from a bond forfeiture judgment against an individual to be
24+deposited in the judicial collection enhancement fund. The bill requires
25+all the money collected from a bail forfeiture judgment against an
26+appearance bond written by a compensated surety to be deposited in the
27+judicial collection enhancement fund.

56-fund for appropriation to the judicial department for ongoing enforcement
57-and collection of restitution, fines, fees, costs, surcharges, and other

59-SECTION 4. Safety clause. The general assembly finds,
60-determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate
61-preservation of the public peace, health, or safety or for appropriations for
