11-Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
12-SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 8-83-701, amend (4)(a)
13-as follows:
14-8-83-701. Construction registered apprenticeship grant program
15-- created - reports - appropriation - definitions. (4) For the 2023-24 state
16-fiscal year, the general assembly shall appropriate to the department of labor
17-and employment for allocation by the office one million four hundred
18-thousand dollars from the general fund for purposes of this section. Any
19-unexpended money remaining at the end of the 2023-24 state fiscal year
20-from the appropriation listed in this subsection (4):
