11		-	Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
12		-	SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 8-83-701, amend (4)(a)
13		-	as follows:
14		-	8-83-701. Construction registered apprenticeship grant program
15		-	- created - reports - appropriation - definitions. (4) For the 2023-24 state
16		-	fiscal year, the general assembly shall appropriate to the department of labor
17		-	and employment for allocation by the office one million four hundred
18		-	thousand dollars from the general fund for purposes of this section. Any
19		-	unexpended money remaining at the end of the 2023-24 state fiscal year
20		-	from the appropriation listed in this subsection (4):
