8		-	Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
9		-	SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 24-32-119, amend
10		-	(1)(a); and add (6) as follows:
11		-	24-32-119. Gray and black market marijuana enforcement
12		-	grant program - report - definition - repeal. (1) (a) The gray and black
13		-	market marijuana enforcement grant program is created in the division. The
14		-	division shall award grants to local law enforcement agencies and district
15		-	attorneys to cover, in part or in full, investigation and prosecution costs
16		-	associated with unlicensed marijuana cultivation or distribution operations
17		-	conducted in violation of state law. T

	22	+	Joint Budget Committee. In current law, there is a gray and black
	23	+	market marijuana enforcement grant program (program) that awards law
	24	+	enforcement grants related to marijuana enforcement. The bill prohibits
	25	+	the program from awarding grants in fiscal year 2025-26. The bill repeals
	26	+	the program on June 30, 2026.
