8-Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
9-SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 24-32-119, amend
10-(1)(a); and add (6) as follows:
11-24-32-119. Gray and black market marijuana enforcement
12-grant program - report - definition - repeal. (1) (a) The gray and black
13-market marijuana enforcement grant program is created in the division. The
14-division shall award grants to local law enforcement agencies and district
15-attorneys to cover, in part or in full, investigation and prosecution costs
16-associated with unlicensed marijuana cultivation or distribution operations
17-conducted in violation of state law. T

22+Joint Budget Committee. In current law, there is a gray and black
23+market marijuana enforcement grant program (program) that awards law
24+enforcement grants related to marijuana enforcement. The bill prohibits
25+the program from awarding grants in fiscal year 2025-26. The bill repeals
26+the program on June 30, 2026.
