SENATE BILL 25-250 BY SENATOR(S) Amabile and Kirkmeyer, Bridges; also REPRESENTATIVE(S) Bird and Taggart, Sirota, Gonzalez R. C ONCERNING REPEALING THE DISORDERED EATING PREVENTION PROGRAM , AND, IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, REDUCING AN APPROPRIATION. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, repeal part 21 of article 20.5 of title 25. SECTION 2. Appropriation - adjustments to 2025 long bill. To implement this act, the general fund appropriation made in the annual general appropriation act for the 2025-26 state fiscal year to the department of public health and environment for use by the prevention services division for the disordered eating program is decreased by $91,398, and the related FTE is decreased by 1.0 FTE. SECTION 3. Safety clause.
