ONCERNING THE TRANSFER OF SIX MILLION DOLLARS FROM THE GENERAL
FUND TO THE HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE RESPONSE FUND

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 25-16-104.6, add (1)(g)
as follows:
25-16-104.6.  Fund established - administration - revenue sources
- use - repeal. (1) (g) (I)  O
N JULY 1, 2025, THE STATE TREASURER SHALL
TRANSFER SIX MILLION DOLLARS FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE
HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE RESPONSE FUND

HIS SUBSECTION (1)(g) IS REPEALED, EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2026.

preservation of the public peace, health, or safety or for appropriations for
