ONCERNING THE REPEAL OF THE "COLORADO HOUSEHOLD FINANCIAL
RECOVERY PILOT PROGRAM ACT".
 
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 24-36-306, add (5) as
follows:
24-36-306.  Colorado household financial recovery pilot program
fund - created - transfers - gifts, grants, and donations authorized.

N JUNE 30, 2025, THE STATE TREASURER SHALL TRANSFER THE
BALANCE OF THE FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND

SECTION 2. In Colorado Revised Statutes, add 24-36-307 as
follows:
24-36-307.  Repeal of part. T
HIS PART 3 IS REPEALED, EFFECTIVE
JULY 1, 2025.
