The bill removes the term "homosexuality" from the definition of
sexual conduct in the "Colorado Criminal Code".

SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 18-7-501, amend (5)2
as follows:3
18-7-501.  Definitions. As used in this part 5, unless the context4
otherwise requires:5
(5)  "Sexual conduct" means actual or explicitly simulated acts of6
masturbation, homosexuality, sexual intercourse, sodomy, or physical7
contact in an act of apparent sexual stimulation or gratification with a8
person's clothed or unclothed genitals, pubic area, buttocks, or, if such be9
female, breast.10
SECTION 2. Safety clause. The general assembly finds,11
determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate12
preservation of the public peace, health, or safety or for appropriations for13
the support and maintenance of the departments of the state and state14
institutions.15
