28 | 28 | Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Department of Higher Education shall study issues concerning higher education. Not later than January 1, 2011, the Commissioner of Higher Education shall report on such study to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to higher education in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes. | |
