16 | 28 | Section 1. Subsection (a) of section 10a-77 of the 2010 supplement to the general statutes is repealed and the following is substituted in lieu thereof (Effective July 1, 2010): | |

18 | - | (a) Subject to the provisions of section 10a-26, the Board of Trustees of the Community-Technical Colleges shall fix fees for tuition at the regional community-technical colleges and shall fix fees for such other purposes as the board deems necessary at the regional community-technical colleges, and may make refunds to the same. The board of trustees shall notify the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to higher education, in writing, | |
