2424 AN ACT CONCERNING EXPENDITURES OF APPROPRIATED FUNDS OTHER THAN THE GENERAL FUND.

2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2828 Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Office of Fiscal Analysis shall conduct a review of appropriations authorized from appropriated funds other than the General Fund in the state budget for the biennium ending June 30, 2009, and shall identify general areas of spending for which appropriations increased by ten per cent or more over appropriations authorized from such funds in the state budget for the immediately preceding biennium. On or before May 1, 2010, said office shall submit, in accordance with section 11-4a of the general statutes, the results of its review to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to appropriations.
