2121 AN ACT CONCERNING RETIREMENT CREDIT FOR CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS ENGAGED IN TRAINING IN ACTIVE SERVICE IN THE ARMED FORCES.

2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That the general statutes be amended to provide that any member of Tier II of the state employees retirement system who was engaged in training in active service in the armed forces from September 1, 1968, to January 31, 1969, inclusive, shall receive retirement credit in Tier II of the state employees retirement system for such service.
