| 25 | 25 | That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to require local or regional boards of education to be responsible for the transportation and tuition costs of a student, who is otherwise under the jurisdiction of such board, to attend an alternate school in the district or a school in another district due to health concerns of the student, provided the doctor of such student certifies that continual attendance of the student at the current school poses immediate and long-term health risks. | |
