AN ACT REQUIRING AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO COMPLY WITH THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to require that not less than ten per cent of affordable housing units comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 USC 12101 et seq.
Statement of Purpose:
To require affordable housing units to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
