AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN UMBILICAL CORD BLOOD BANK FOR CONNECTICUT RESIDENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish an umbilical cord blood bank for Connecticut residents.
