AN ACT ESTABLISHING A FINE FOR VIOLATING NO WAKE ZONES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a fifty dollar fine for violating no wake zones.
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage compliance with no wake zones.
