AN ACT CONCERNING STATUTORY TRAINING REQUIREMENTS FOR INLAND WETLANDS COMMISSION MEMBERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require municipal inland wetlands commissions to state on the record, after convening a public hearing, whether the members of the commission are in compliance with all statutory training requirements.
Statement of Purpose:
To require inland wetlands commissions to confirm statutory compliance with municipal inland wetlands commission training requirements.
