2121 AN ACT REQUIRING THE ADMINISTRATION OF AN ULTRASOUND PROCEDURE PRIOR TO THE TERMINATION OF A PREGNANCY.

2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That chapter 368y of the general statutes be amended to require a health care provider who performs an abortion to administer an ultrasound procedure for the health benefit of the patient prior to engaging in any procedure that will terminate the pregnancy.
