23 | 23 | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: | |

25 | 25 | That section 7-294b of the general statutes be amended to require that each police basic or review training program conducted or administered by the Division of State Police within the Department of Public Safety, the Police Officer Standards and Training Council or a municipal police department in the state include the distribution of materials created by the Federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency detailing the appropriate procedure for the enforcement of immigration law and for the determination of the immigration status of persons arrested for serious crimes. | |
