AN ACT REQUIRING THE REGISTRATION OF ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 255 of the general statutes, concerning all-terrain vehicles, be amended to require any person in the state who owns an all-terrain vehicle to register such vehicle with the Department of Motor Vehicles and to impose a fine on any person who fails to register any such vehicle.
Statement of Purpose:
To require the registration of all-terrain vehicles.
