AN ACT CONCERNING THE HOURS A MINOR CAN WORK IN RETAIL ESTABLISHMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 31-23 of the general statutes be amended to allow minors ages sixteen to eighteen, inclusive, to be able to work until eleven o'clock p.m. in retail establishments.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow minors ages sixteen to eighteen, inclusive, to be able to work until eleven o'clock p.m. in retail establishments.
