AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE MEDICAL USE OF MARIJUANA.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize an individual to use marijuana for medical purposes as directed by a physician.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow the medical use of marijuana.
