AN ACT CONCERNING REFUNDS ON PAYROLL TAXES FOR CONNECTICUT BUSINESSES THAT CREATE NEW JOBS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide a five per cent refund to a business of state payroll taxes attributable to each new employee hired by such business.
Statement of Purpose:
To implement Oklahoma's aggressive job creation incentive for businesses in Connecticut.
