25 | 25 | That sections 10-226a to 10-226e, inclusive, of the general statutes be amended to provide an exemption from the provisions of said sections for any local or regional board of education that demonstrate to the State Board of Education that such board of education has made and will continue to make a good-faith effort to address the racial imbalance that exists in a school under such board's jurisdiction. | |
