AN ACT CONCERNING A CHECK FROM A SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP AS A QUALIFYING CONTRIBUTION UNDER THE CITIZENS' ELECTION PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 9-704 of the general statutes be amended to allow a check from a sole proprietorship to be classified as a qualifying contribution under the Citizens' Election Program.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow a check from a sole proprietorship to be classified as a qualifying contribution under the Citizens' Election Program.
