AN ACT CONCERNING THE SALES TAX ON TAKE OUT MEALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subdivision (13) of section 12-412 of the general statutes be amended to exempt "take out" or "to go" meals from the sales tax.
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the sales tax from take out meals.
