AN ACT CONCERNING A MODEL LITIGANT POLICY FOR ATTORNEYS WHO REPRESENT THE STATE GOVERNMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a model litigant policy for any attorney admitted to the bar of this state who is employed or retained to represent an officer, board, commission or department of state government.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a model litigant policy for attorneys who represent the state government.
