2121 AN ACT REQUIRING DNA TESTING OF PERSONS ARRESTED FOR CERTAIN FELONIES.

2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That sections 54-102g, 54-102h and 54-102l of the general statutes be amended to require any person arrested for a felony specified in subsection (b) of section 54-125a of the general statutes to submit to the taking of a blood or other biological sample for DNA analysis.
