AN ACT EXPANDING THE RECREATIONAL LAND USE ACT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the definition of "owner" in section 52-557f of the general statutes be amended to include municipalities, quasi-public agencies and special districts created by special act for the purpose of providing water or sewer services.
Statement of Purpose:
To include municipalities, quasi-public agencies and certain special districts as owners of land entitled to immunity under the Recreational Land Use Act.
