2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That section 12-217jj of the general statutes be amended to allow film makers who are residents of this state to qualify for the maximum film production tax credit of thirty per cent upon incurring expenses of two hundred fifty thousand dollars.
