2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That chapter 368a of the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of Public Health to amend the Public Health Code so as to permit qualified infusion nurses to initiate and terminate peripherally-inserted central catheter line procedures for the benefit of residents in long-term care facilities.
