AN ACT CONCERNING THE RECALL OF LOCAL ELECTED OFFICIALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize municipal residents to recall local elected officials.
Statement of Purpose:
To authorize the recall of local elected officials.
