AN ACT REQUIRING AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENTS TO ADHERE TO PRINCIPLES OF SMART GROWTH.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to require affordable housing applications to address community infrastructure and development density concerns in consistence with recognized principles of smart growth.
Statement of Purpose:
To require affordable housing developments to adhere to principles of smart growth.
